A person who inspires me is _________ because....

A person who inspires me is Diego Forlan because he committed to becoming a professional soccer for his family. Forlan plays soccer in Spain for Atletico Madrid and his home country Uruguay, whom he led to the semi-finals of the World Cup against the Netherlands. While also being an incredible goal scorer and overall player, Forlan has a bigger meaning behind his love for the game. When Forlan was 11 years old, his older sister was paralyzed for life from a deadly car crash. From that point on, Forlan swore that his future success in soccer would be able to pay his sisters medical bills and living costs for the rest of her life. As he promised, Diego Forlan worked hard throughout his childhood to eventually become one of the best players in the game today. While people view Forlan as just an incredible soccer player, they are not aware of the benign acts he goes through for his family.

People think I am too _________ because.....

People think I am too nonchalant because I am usually unamused by things that amuse people I am around. For example, when people get in trouble or are nervous I usually feel as if the situation isn't that big of a deal when in retrospect it most likely is. Under pressure situations, like taking a penalty kick in overtime, I do not get nervous with the game on the line and am perfectly calm when risking the game for my team. When talking to or meeting new people, I show and obtain no nervous feelings and always remain unemotional.

What do you like or not like about halloween?

Halloween is a great holiday that ends the month of October in a great attitude among society. I like that during halloween, everyone wears what they would not normally wear and dresses up for comedy, a good costume, or idolizing one of their role models. However, I do not like a maverick person who decides not to dress up for halloween because it kills the mood of the holiday to be with them. I also do not like how Halloween is placed on the last day of October because the weather outside is usually very cold and undesirable to walk around in. Apart from negative people and weather issues, Halloween is a great holiday for all people to have a good time in their own society and dress up as whatever they want to be for the day.

When I Am Sad, I...

When I am sad, I turn to people that I know can make my life better by making me feel happy. If I do not do that, then I do an activity that will bring me joy, such as soccer, watching television, etc. Usually when I am sad I do not let that sadness stick on me, I attempt to rid of the emotions as fast as possible so that my life will not be inflicted. An example of one time I was depressed was after my first cat died, but a month after my family and I got a new cat that we all love equally as much. By being around something that makes me feel elated, it will most likely take my depression away.

If you could invent something new, what would it be?

If I were to invent something new, it would be levitational shoes. Instead of the future idea of a jet-pack, where a whole contraption must be attached to your body, levitational shoes would only be worn on a person's feet and work just the same as a jet-pack. When technology becomes more advanced in the future, the idea of levitational shoes is not an irrational idea because they would serve as a means of transportation. If a person in the city is tired from a long day at work and does not wish to walk numerous blocks to their destination, levitational shoes will satiate their body by helping them get to where they need to go faster and with less effort. If levitational shoes were invented correctly and safely, they would become a world-wide phenomenon.

My biggest pet peeve...

My biggest pet peeve is being stuck behind a person or group of people that walk too slow, mainly in the halls of school. People who walk too slow do not even notice they are causing traffic in the hallway and are also holding people up from getting to class on time. Since I walk faster than most people, slow walkers really bother me because I have to wait to get to where I need to go. Although it seems like a nominal part of the school day, it is a colossal disturbance for me. Types of people who walk slow are typically groups of girls walking together or freshman who do not consider the people behind them.

I wish I could...

I wish I could become famous for being a professional soccer player in Europe. Soccer has been my passion and hobby since I was six years old, making a successful career out of soccer would be my dream job. Not only is it a high paying job in Europe, but the recognition you would receive all over the globe would extends to colossal amounts. By becoming a widely-known professional soccer player, such as Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi who are impeccable athletes, I would be living my dream life.
